Club Projects

As a Soroptimist International (SI) club, we focus on working in partnership with others, thinking globally and acting locally.

Every year, we:

Review the Soroptimist International Programme Focus Objectives and determine the projects we will support;
Undertake projects that meet these objectives; and
Report our awareness, advocacy and action projects/activities in Programme Focus Reports and submit them to Soroptimist International and our Federation (using the online reporting system wherever possible).

Collectively, we make a difference by raising awareness and supporting projects.

Eliminate poverty and gender discrimination...

Advocate for the elimination of human trafficking and all forms of violence...

Provide access to health care for women and girls

Support programmes and policies that eliminate HIV/AIDS

Provide access to clean water, sanitation and essential food resources

Mitigate the effects of climate change and integrate sustainability....

Provide support to women and girls during and after armed conflicts and disasters

Promote peaceful conflict resolution, inter-cultural and inter-racial tolerance

Promote equal access to education and training form women and girls throughout their lifespan

Support women's advancement in management, politics and decision-making
